The hydraulic distribution is equipped with a valve, which regulates the operating pressure of the chuck. The regulation of the pressure allows to also handle all types of aluminum, alloy and any kind of weak or thin rim

The operating chuck has a fast system making the bead removing and extraction operations remarkably easy

The self- centering chuck with 4 jaws works in both directions of rotation and it has hydraulic opening and closing with adjustable pressure. The jaws are planned in such a way to offer you various possibilities of locking rims, in order to be suitable for every shape or different kind of rims, always assuring a perfect locking.

Superautomatic electro-hydraulic tyre changer with synchronized movement of the carriages, designed to work on truck, bus, farming and earth movement machines wheels. DIDO XXL-L is designed with an innovative “tools always in line” working technology: this allows the disc and the tool to be always in the right working position, thus ensuring greater ease and speed in the M/D operations, more safety for the operator and greater protection of tire and rim. Minimum rim clamping height: 390 mm.

Fully automatic elevation and rotation of the tool arm. Leverless (L-L) working system thanks to the tool clamping in a retracted position. Possibility to work with free disc (unlocked): in this way it is always in the best working position (less effort and greater working speed).

Set consists of:
